Meijer is seeking a store team member to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations in West Bend, WI. You will engage customers, assist with checkout, and ensure shelves are maintained to Meijer standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience at checkout.
• Communicate with team members and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor teammates to meet sales goals and adhere to training.
• Assist in training and cross-training to boost productivity.
• Support department scheduling to improve service, sales and store profitability.
• Ensure product freshness by monitoring rotation and dating policies.
• Guide the team in food safety standards and safe work practices.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and display where applicable.
• Foster an inclusive Meijer culture and values of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Operate a register and handle cash when needed.
• Operate powered equipment where applicable.
• Participate in period-end inventories and other duties as assigned.
