Target Grove City is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to manage a fast-paced department, drive guest satisfaction, and lead hourly team members in inventory, pricing, and promotions.

You will plan workloads, coach staff, and coordinate with store leadership to meet sales goals while upholding Target standards and food safety policies. Benefits include health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team to deliver guest experience and ensure freshness, stock, pricing, and sign accuracy.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support Food & Beverage priorities and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a fresh, full, and food-safe area on the sales floor with strong inventory management and compliant procedures.
• Partner with store leadership and vendors to ensure clear expectations and in-stock products.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
