Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a grocery assistant store manager or equivalent management role.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Store Assistant Director in store oversight.
• Forecast and reforecast business to meet sales goals.
• Drive foot traffic through community events.
• Assist in hiring and timely filling of open positions.
• Ensure store and appearance standards are met.
• Plan and execute merchandise calendars, campaigns and promotions.
• Manage pricing, signage and displays.
• Control inventory levels and reordering within budget.
• Enforce health, safety and security policies.
• Oversee shrink control.
