Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints.
• Drive membership sales and other promotions; inspire the team to meet monthly sales goals.
• Educate customers on membership program, promotions, or rotating promotions.
• Be an educator and brand ambassador, speak on Erewhon mission and standards for excellence.
• Manage and schedule Front End and Customer Service staff, oversee training and performance.
• Work with Store Director on hiring, evaluation and supervision of department personnel.
