Job summary

The Kroger Co. in Cincinnati is seeking an Order Selector to assemble online grocery orders, process payments, and load orders for pickup, ensuring freshness and accuracy. You will provide a positive, friendly customer experience consistent with Kroger’s standards.

Responsibilities include meeting customer expectations, following food safety procedures, and maintaining organized staging areas. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work without supervision.
• Read shelf tags and product labels.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math for counting and pricing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Receive, store and organize customer orders for online pickup.
• Assemble online orders and process payments at POS.
• Load orders into customers' cars and assist with substitutions when needed.
• Maintain clean staging areas and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
