Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic math proficiency (counting/addition/subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers’ orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Initiate and complete selection process for customers’ online orders.
• Read and follow directions in notes.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond professionally.
• Load order into customers’ cars for pickup.
• Process orders through POS system.
• Follow substitutions policies if items are out of stock.
• Scan and bag orders adhering to standards.
• Notify customers of substitutions or exceptions at pickup.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and report issues.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
• Learn and adapt to new processes.
• Assist in training new e‑commerce team members.
• Meet/exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in high paced or stressful environments.
