Job summary

Safeway in Sitka, AK is seeking an experienced supervisor to assist the Assistant Store Director in directing the Grocery Department. You will supervise personnel, coordinate ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and merchandising to meet store goals.

You will help manage day-to-day operations, open and close the store as needed, ensure compliance with safety and policy standards, and lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive retail background with prior management experience.
