Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in store management or equivalent.
• Ability to work a minimum of 48 hours per week with various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to forecast sales volume and product needs for ordering and scheduling.
• Must maintain professional communication across all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain atmosphere, spirit, and morale across the store.
• Coordinate communication between departments and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for improvement across the store.
• Assist in implementation of new programs and directives in a timely manner.
