Meijer is seeking an exceptional Grocery Dept Manager for the West Lafayette, IN store to lead a team, drive onboarding, coaching and performance, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will align with corporate plans to maximize sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction while mentoring Leaders and Team Members.

We value a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years in retail, and strong finance and people skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with team to ensure onboarding, training and development, and coaching and feedback.
• Identify talent and plan staffing for diverse leadership pipelines.
• Discuss growth with team members to uphold Meijer standards and culture.
• Oversee area operations and financial results, managing budget line items in the P&L.
• Drive safety and compliance and assign daily tasks to team members.
