Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and encourage associates to provide excellent service.
• Maintain compliance with safety, stockroom, and company standards.
• Verify ads are in stock and perform early removal breakdown.
• Promote company initiatives and assist customers as cashier when needed.
• Monitor freight, daily tours, and 15-minute chart; track daily sales.
• Manage maintenance/repair needs and respond to customer feedback.
• Complete incident reports and process salvage; access online sales information.
• Perform cashier duties and balance cash box; handle item verification.
