Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required and two or more years of related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance and discipline as needed.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory using item management processes to maintain in-stock levels and proper ordering.
• Inspect product quality and safety; ensure proper dating and rotation of stock.
• Maintain store appearance, staffing levels, safety and fiscal management of cash/assets.
