Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required with 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Partners must be 21+ to drive for Company business.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory to ensure satisfactory in-stock levels.
• Review profit and loss, sales, shrink, and labor data and report to management.
• Maintain and improve sales performance, product quality and standards.
• Inspect product quality and rotate stock to meet safety standards.
• Lead sales through suggestive selling and appealing displays.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the work environment.
