Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Department Manager to lead the Grocery department in our Carrollton, TX store. You will oversee operations, staffing, and routines to ensure freshness, accurate pricing, and top-quality customer service.

The role requires supervisory experience in grocery, bilingual English/Mandarin preferred, and a Food Handler certificate. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold safety and compliance standards daily.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in the grocery department or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin, English/Spanish, or English/Cantonese preferred.
• Ability to work weekend and holiday schedules as needed.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grocery department operations from prep to inventory control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, address issues, and implement improvements.
• Drive department sales, manage labor and stock loss, and optimize costs.
• Use company system to track sales, inventory, and monthly counts.
