Responsibilities

• Assist Department Manager in organizing work and staffing to ensure prompt service.
• Respond to customer and associate comments and questions in a professional manner.
• Use CAO to manage ordering and balance on hand in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Price and display merchandise, maintain signage, rotation, freshness, and space allocation.
• Support promotion, merchandising, and customer service initiatives.
• Follow company policies on dress, grooming, sanitation, and harassment prevention.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals, and results.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition per policies.
