Responsibilities

• Support training new team members and cross-training high-potential staff.
• Assist with department scheduling to boost engagement, service, sales, and profitability.
• Ensure product freshness with proper rotation and dating.
• Guide food safety compliance and safe working practices.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and displays where applicable.
• Contribute to Meijer culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
