Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of alarms, sprinklers, and printers.
• Knowledge of QFC policies, procedures and organizational structure.
• Committed to providing customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important and appreciated.
• Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results.
• Ability to read/interpret documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and train.

Responsibilities

• Model customer 1st behavior; deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and policies.
• Verify ads are in stock.
• Perform cashier duties as needed.
• Monitor freight receiving and stocking standards.
• Follow up on daily tours and maintain 15-minute chart.
• Respond to customer comments/requests and complete incident reports.
• Access online sales information and complete transfers.
• Manage maintenance/repair needs.
• Ensure execution of company initiatives.
