Job summary

ShopRite of Wallington is seeking a Grocery Manager to direct all Grocery Department functions, supervise associates, and drive sales, profit, and customer experience in alignment with our service priorities. You will lead safety, presentation, and efficiency initiatives while ensuring policy compliance and high standards of operation.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, physical stamina, and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications
