• Perform and direct pricing, signage and merchandising to ensure freshness and visibility.
• Coach staff in merchandising, customer service, and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company programs and maintain a harassment-free workplace.
• Assist budget input and strive to maximize department sales and profits.
• Maintain equipment, facilities and signage to standard.
• Supervise and coach direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
