Job summary

DeLallo seeks a Grocery Demand & Supply Planner to develop, manage and continuously improve demand forecasts and supply plans across grocery SKUs and programs. This role aligns sales expectations with purchasing, inventory, and financial strategies across planning horizons.

You'll partner with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Finance and Logistics to build time-phased demand plans, translate market trends into forecasts, and convert them into executable supply plans, balancing service levels with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in demand planning or S&OP in a CPG environment.
• Experience with retailer POS data and promotional forecasting.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or IBF CPF certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and seasonal forecasts.
• Translate sales inputs and promotions into data-driven forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics.
• Convert forecasts into executable supply and procurement plans.
• Lead or support SOP and Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and refine models.
• Analyze POS data, shipment history, promotions and seasonality.
• Balance service levels with inventory and perishables.
