Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; practical experience may substitute.
• Experience in demand planning and S&OP processes across multiple retailers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and seasonal demand forecasts.
• Translate sales inputs and market trends into data-driven forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics to align plans.
• Convert forecasts into supply and procurement plans with Purchasing/Operations.
• Lead or support monthly S&OP meetings and drive forecast accuracy improvements.
