The Merc Co+op in Lawrence, KS is hiring a Grocery Cooperator (FT) to join our on-site store team. You will operate the register, assist with stocking, and deliver friendly, accurate service to shoppers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department Specialists to complete daily tasks including opening, mid, and closing duties.
• Provide exceptional, prompt and friendly service in person and over the phone.
• Follow safety procedures and report safety risks to store management.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and other duties as assigned.
• Gain knowledge of cooperative ownership and products.
• Stay current with promotions and ads.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Reports to work as scheduled and on time.
