Reports To: Center Store Department Manager

Your role as a Grocery Clerk involves stocking shelves to make grocery shopping easy and enjoyable for guests. You will keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized, ensuring guests find what they need quickly and easily. Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service, greet guests warmly, answer questions, and address concerns professionally.
• Stock & Display: Stock aisles, ensure products are fresh, properly rotated, and well-stocked.
• Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products, suggest alternatives when appropriate.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, maintain accurate inventory.
• Collaboration: Work with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: Keep the department clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns professionally and with care.
• Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and give adequate notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• A helpful attitude and commitment to guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety policies, including proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to operate equipment like power jacks, forklifts, and other machinery (training provided).

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands include standing for long periods, working in coolers, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally. Sensory abilities are needed to monitor the store and operate equipment. Accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.

Work Schedule

This part-time position may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
