Reports To: Food Court Manager

Are you passionate about food and providing excellent service? As a Food Court Clerk, you'll be at the center of our fast-paced food service area, preparing and serving meals such as coffee, pizza, and popcorn, creating a welcoming environment for guests. This role suits those who thrive in a restaurant-style setting and enjoy teamwork. The typical shift starts at 1:00 PM.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Helpful Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and address concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience.

• Offer Assistance: Help guests with their orders, recommend menu items, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare & Serve Food: Make food items like coffee, pizza, and popcorn while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the area sanitary, stocked, and organized, updating food safety logs as needed.

• Work as a Team: Support colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow Safety Protocols: Handle equipment safely, manage temperature controls, and adhere to food safety guidelines.

• Perform other duties as needed and maintain regular attendance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced grocery or food environment.
• Comfort with food service equipment (training provided).
• Willingness to cross-train in different food court areas.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
