Your role as a Grocery Clerk involves stocking shelves to make grocery shopping easy and enjoyable for guests. You'll help keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized, ensuring guests find what they need quickly. Your attention to detail and friendly service help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued. Job Description

What You’ll Do:

As a Grocery Stocker, your responsibilities include:

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service, greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns professionally and courteously.
• Stock & Display: Stock aisles, ensure products are fresh, properly rotated, and well-stocked.
• Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products and suggest alternatives when needed.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Collaboration: Work with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: Keep the department clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns professionally.
• Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: Attend work regularly and punctually, providing notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Helpful attitude and commitment to guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety procedures, including proper lifting and equipment use.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, forklifts, and other tools (training provided).

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to stand for long periods, work in coolers, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally. Repetitive tasks and visual monitoring are required. Accommodations can be provided for individuals with disabilities.

Work Schedule:

This part-time position may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
