Job Title: Grocery Clerk I

Reports To: Center Store Manager

As a Grocery Clerk, your role involves stocking shelves to make grocery shopping easy and enjoyable for guests. You'll keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and making a difference, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service, handle interactions professionally, and assist guests with their needs.
• Stock & Display: Stock aisles with fresh, properly rotated products.
• Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products and suggest alternatives.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: Keep the department clean and well-maintained.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns professionally.
• Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and communicate absences timely.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks. Visual and sensory abilities are required to monitor the store and operate equipment.

Work Schedule

This part-time position may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
