Reports To: Center Store Manager

Your role as a Grocery Clerk involves stocking shelves to make grocery shopping easy and enjoyable for guests. You will ensure shelves are stocked, products are fresh, and the store is organized—helping guests find what they need quickly. Your attention to detail and friendly service contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued. Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Helpful Service: Offer excellent guest service, greet guests friendly, answer questions, and address concerns professionally and courteously.
• Stock & Display: Stock aisles, ensure products are fresh, properly rotated, and well-stocked.
• Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products and suggest alternatives when needed.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Collaboration: Work with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: Keep the department clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns professionally.
• Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and communicate absences appropriately.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Helpful attitude and commitment to guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety policies, including proper lifting techniques and tool safety.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, forklifts, and other machinery (training provided).

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for long periods, work in coolers, bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Full upper body mobility to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Visual and sensory abilities to monitor the store, create displays, and operate equipment.

Work Schedule:

This part-time role may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
