Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Grocery Clerk to support multiple store departments, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen.

You will stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and help maintain a clean, organized store while assisting customers with a friendly, fast-paced service approach. You may be involved in receiving deliveries, moving products to the sales floor, and ensuring accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. for up to 25 hours with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across multiple departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Fill frozen foods bins and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Receive deliveries and ensure delivery accuracy; move product to sales floor with equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness; assist customers as needed.
