Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to stock shelves across Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments, while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced store. You may assist with receiving deliveries, maintain display cleanliness, and rotate stock to ensure freshness.

The role requires physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 lbs and adapting to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Respect others and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multitask, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must be able to lift/move boxes up to 60 lbs. for short distances, with or without help.
• Adhere to safety, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across multiple departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Receive deliveries, ensure delivery accuracy and move products to sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of store and products.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness.
• Assist customers and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
