Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Grocery Clerk to stock shelves across Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen sections, assist with deliveries, and keep the store clean and well-presented. You will help rotate products to ensure freshness and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Respect others and maintain ethics in Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Have good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs. up to 25 hours without assistance.
• Follow safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures rules.
• Able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Fill frozen foods bins and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with receiving product deliveries and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Move products to sales floor using equipment as needed.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshest products for customers.
