Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to work across multiple store areas, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen. You will stock shelves, assist with deliveries, and help keep the store clean and well-presented for customers.

The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and strong communication to serve shoppers in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with schedules and compliance with safety rules are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes, including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Must be able to transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., up to 5 feet, for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and fill the frozen foods bins.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and ensuring delivery accuracy.
• Move product to the sales floor using various equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness for customers.
