Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to support multiple store departments, including Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen. You will stock shelves, rotate products for freshness, and assist with deliveries while delivering friendly, fast-paced service to customers.

Ideal candidates are 16 or older, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a team setting, with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Show a respectful, inclusive attitude within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., from 5” to 34”, up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across multiple departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Fill and rotate product on the sales floor, assist with deliveries and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store and merchandise.
