Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Show mutual respect for others and maintain ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Lift and transfer boxes up to 60 lbs. for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights & Measures regulations.
• Able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and fill the frozen foods bins.
• Help maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Move products to the sales floor using various equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure the freshest product for customers.
