Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Grocery Clerk to work across the Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen departments. You will stock shelves, assist with deliveries, and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store.

In a fast-paced environment, you will rotate merchandise to ensure the freshest products and assist customers with friendly service.

Must be 16+, dependable, flexible, and able to lift up to 60 lbs. The role includes standing long hours and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect and ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multitask, prioritize and stay organized.
• Must lift boxes up to 60 lbs., from 5" to 34", for a distance up to 5 feet for up to 25 hours.
• Follow safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across multiple store areas (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen) and help maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Receive product deliveries, ensure delivery accuracy, and move products to the sales floor using various equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure the freshest products available for customers.
