Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Grocery Clerk to stock shelves across Dry Grocery, Dairy and Frozen sections, receive deliveries, and help keep the store clean and inviting. You’ll help customers, learn product knowledge, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Applicants must be at least 16, dependable, able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and able to lift up to 60 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends & holidays.
• Demonstrate mutual respect and a code of ethics within Sprouts culture.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Handle boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. and move them up to 5 feet without assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves in multiple store departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Fill and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and moving stock to sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
