Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a friendly Grocery Clerk to support multiple store areas, including dry grocery, dairy and frozen departments. You will stock shelves, assist with deliveries, and help keep the store clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, dependable, with good communication and a positive attitude, able to multi-task and lift items up to 60 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Respect others and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Capable of repetitive tasks, multi-tasking, prioritizing and staying organized.
• Lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs., up to 25 hours.
• Follow safety, health, OSHA and weights and measures rules.
• Be willing to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain presentation across departments.
• Assist receiving deliveries and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Move product to sales floor using equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness for customers.
• Help maintain store cleanliness and organization.
