Job summary

Foodland Super Market, Ltd is hiring for Grocery Clerks to join our team. This is a part-time hourly position with 24+ hours and benefits. On-island candidates preferred; relocation is not provided. Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred to support store operations.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, and assisting customers. Training and cashier duties may be required, with TB clearance and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school education preferred or equivalent.
• Must pass math test.
• Must successfully pass cashier training after hire.
• TB Clearance required.
• Evening and weekend availability preferred.

• Ensure the grocery section of the store is well-stocked for customers.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and stocking of products while ensuring proper product rotation and quality.
• Create and build product displays, ensure proper fronting of products.
• Handle product damages and credits according to company policy.
• Grocery Clerks must be familiar with store products and their locations in order to assist customers in locating items.
• Must be able to perform all duties of a cashier as needed and directed by management.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts.
