Foodland Farms in Ala Moana Center is seeking Grocery Clerks to join our team. This hourly, part-time position offers benefits where applicable and requires on-island candidates with no relocation assistance.

Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred, and candidates with open availability will be prioritized for next steps. This role supports in-store operations and guest service at Hawaii's Foodland Farms location.

Qualifications

• High school education or better.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Stocking and store environment experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain well-stocked grocery aisles for customers.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating products.
• Create and arrange product displays and fronting.
• Handle product damages and credits per policy.
• Assist customers by locating items in-store.
• Perform cashier duties as needed by management.
• Be able to work overnight shifts.

This is an hourly position and we offer a comprehensive benefits package (specifics vary based on position and classification).

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• ensure the grocery section of the store is well-stocked for our customers
• assist in receiving, storing, and stocking of products while ensuring proper product rotation and quality
• create and build product displays, ensure proper fronting of products
• handle product damages and credits according to company policy
• Grocery Clerks must be familiar with store products and their locations in order to assist customers in locating items
• must be able to perform all duties of a cashier as needed and directed by management
• must be able to work overnight shifts

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must successfully pass math test
• Must successfully pass cashier training after hire
• TB Clearance required
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements
