Overview of Responsibilities

Grocery Clerks at Sprouts Farmers Market work in various areas of the store, including the Dry Grocery Department, Dairy Department, and Frozen Department. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, filling frozen foods bins, maintaining store cleanliness, receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, moving products to the sales floor with equipment, and rotating merchandise to ensure freshness. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Note: Team Members under 18 are restricted from tasks involving knives (except safety cutters), ladders, garbage or cardboard compactors, motor/electric-powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks), and working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful and uphold high ethical standards within our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Positive attitude and good customer interaction skills
• Effective communication skills; able to follow directions and work in a team
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., moving them up to 5 feet, for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Perform other related duties as assigned
