Overview of Responsibilities

Grocery Clerks at Sprouts work across multiple store areas, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Departments. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, filling frozen food bins, maintaining store cleanliness, receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, and moving products to the sales floor with various equipment. You will also rotate merchandise to ensure freshness. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, we look forward to hearing from you.

Note: Team Members under 18 are restricted from tasks like using knives (except safety cutters), operating ladders, garbage compactors, motorized equipment, and working in coolers or freezers for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Dependable with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful with a strong work ethic aligned with our diversity, equity, and inclusion values
• Positive attitude and excellent customer interaction skills
• Good communication skills, able to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Capable of lifting and transferring boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., over distances up to 5 feet, without mechanical assistance
• Compliance with safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
