Overview of Responsibilities

Grocery Clerks at Sprouts Farmers Market work in various store areas, including the Dry Grocery Department, Dairy Department, and Frozen Department. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, filling frozen food bins, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, moving products to the sales floor using different equipment, and rotating merchandise to ensure freshness. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Note: Team members under 18 are restricted from tasks involving knives (except safety cutters), ladders, operating garbage or cardboard compactors, motor/electric-powered equipment, and working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful and uphold high ethical standards within a diverse, inclusive culture
• Positive attitude and good customer interaction skills
• Effective communication skills, ability to take direction, and work in a team
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
• Able to lift boxes up to 60 lbs., move them up to 5 feet, and perform these tasks up to 25 hours without assistance
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Perform other related duties as assigned
