• Inform customers about food specials and recommend products to meet their needs.
• Check product quality and freshness, review "sell by" dates, and take appropriate actions.
• Provide customers with ordered grocery products, both fresh and non-perishable.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
• Report discrepancies in product ordering/shipping.
• Stay updated with current and upcoming promotions and ads.
• Follow all food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures, logs, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
