Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Grocery Department, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise performance and conduct formal appraisals for direct reports.
• Daily management of labor and coaching to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Guiding Principles and Strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure fast, friendly customer service and a positive shopping experience.
