Responsibilities

• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Assist Center Store Manager to train, schedule and maintain a qualified stock crew.
• Stock product according to policies and guidelines and ensure shelves have saleable merchandise.
• Follow policies on ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying merchandise.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Adhere to Food Lion safety guidelines and report accidents as required.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
• Complete CBT and training packets as assigned.
