Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a part-time associate to deliver outstanding customer service in the Center Store (Grocery) department at the Christiansburg location. You will stock shelves, maintain pricing, and assist customers, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to learn store procedures and safety guidelines. Training provided; uniform and name badge required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain shelf tag moldings, and ensure proper product placement.
• Operate store tools and systems, including cash register if applicable.
• Follow Food Lion safety guidelines and report any accidents or hazards.
• Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to the dress code.
• Complete required CBT and training packets.
