Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Virginia to support the Center Store department with friendly, fast service and accurate stocking. You will maintain shelves, follow standard practices, and use ACIS/CAO tools to support inventory and ordering.

The role requires wearing the Food Lion uniform, completing CBT training, and contributing to a positive shopping experience while upholding safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Must meet minimum age requirements and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service in the Center Store (Grocery) Department.
• Maintain shelves, tags and proper stock to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Follow safety guidelines and policies; wear uniform with name badge.
• Utilize company tools such as ACIS and CAO for inventory and ordering.
• Complete CBT and training packets; perform other duties as assigned.
