Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Retail Associate to provide quality customer service in the Center Store department. You will maintain shelves, assist customers, and ensure merchandise meets company standards while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include stocking, using store tools, and adhering to policies. A high school degree is preferred; strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain shelves and shelf tag moldings; stock from tag to tag.
• Ensure saleable merchandise is on the shelves and follow policies and guidelines.
• Understand and use store tools such as ACIS and CAO for inventory and ordering.
• Comply with Food Lion policies, safety guidelines, and dress code.
