Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely and efficiently deliver premium grocery and catering orders to customers’ homes, businesses, and event locations. This casual part-time role requires strong time management, customer service, and attention to detail while representing our hospitality standards.

Hours vary between 6:00am and 9:00pm with weekdays and weekends. Applicants must be 21+, able to obtain ServSafe, and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain ServSafe certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with GPS and route planning tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs or tight spaces.
• Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver grocery and catering orders safely and promptly.
• Greet customers warmly and provide courteous service.
• Communicate delivery times and order details clearly.
• Set up and tear down catering orders when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Verify contents and complete required documentation.
• Handle payments or signatures per store protocol.
• Coordinate with kitchen, catering, and guest services to ensure order readiness.
• Assist with shopping orders or peak-time deliveries.
