Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Hawaii is seeking a motivated Grocery Team Member to stock shelves, prepare products, and assist customers in line with WFM standards.

You will maintain displays, support sample programs, and ensure safety and sanitation while delivering friendly, customer-focused service. No prior retail experience required; ability to lift 50 pounds and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• Retail entry-level role; no prior experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep cases and shelves clean, stocked, front-faced, and properly labeled.
• Stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk, frozen and dairy cases.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to supervisors and buyers.
• Maintain back stock and assist with sampling programs.
• Complete required worksheets and inventories as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling.
