Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Grocery Team Member to support receiving, stocking, and merchandise on the floor while upholding WFM standards. You will provide friendly service, help with displays, and ensure product freshness and accurate pricing.

Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and follow safety and sanitation procedures. This is an ongoing opportunity with Whole Foods Market benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and WFM standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by stocking and front-facing.
• Stocks shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy cases.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to stakeholders.
• Maintains back stock and participates in inventory checks.
• Delivers excellent customer service and assists with merchandising.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks pricing accuracy.
• Complies with Weights and Measures, sanitation, and safety policies.
