Job summary

Dutch Farms is seeking a Full-Time Full-Service Account Manager to support grocery store accounts. You will handle store-based product displays, stock management, and timely ordering to maintain shelves according to promotions and store space.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, work well in teams, and can handle physical tasks including lifting. Training will cover each store's backstocking methods and display requirements; equal opportunity employer status is noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented; communicates clearly with customers.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to generate and maintain accurate, concise written records.
• After training, understands each store's backstocking and display methods.
• Must push/pull/lift; PDL generally 30–40 lbs, occasional 75 lbs.
• Communicates in English (speaks, reads, writes).
• Works well in a diverse, team environment; minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs work in selected grocery stores as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Orders, stocks, and rotates company product displays.
• Daily shelf inventory checks and store back stock management.
• Keeps back stock inventory; prepares items for shelves to fill gaps.
• Rotates stock so newest product is last purchased.
• Writes orders for next delivery based on current back stock levels.
• Tracks and orders aligned with promotions and store display space.
• Notifies manager of any expired/dated items.
